- 3 cans white meat chicken in water (Hormel, Swanson, etc.)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled and shredded
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds, toasted in oven
- bread and butter pickles, chopped
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Drain chicken well and flake into bowl.

2Add onion, eggs, green pepper and pickles (to individual taste).

3Add enough mayonnaise to hold together.

4Taste and salt if needed.

5Chill overnight to allow flavors to marry.

6Just before serving, add almonds and mix well.

7Do not add almonds sooner, as they will soften.
