- 1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 large chicken breasts
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced sweet pickles
- mayonnaise (enough to mix well)
Directions

1Cook chicken for 1 hour with enough salt to taste.

2After chicken cools, pick meat off the bone in bite-size pieces.

3Add celery, pickles and mayonnaise.

4Mix well.

5Good for sandwiches or eat as is.
