  • 1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. diced sweet pickles
  • mayonnaise (enough to mix well)

Directions

    Cook chicken for 1 hour with enough salt to taste.

    After chicken cools, pick meat off the bone in bite-size pieces.

    Add celery, pickles and mayonnaise.

    Mix well.

    Good for sandwiches or eat as is.
