- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. cooked chicken
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can green peas, well drained
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Combine rice, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; chill overnight. Combine chicken, celery, green pepper, peas and mayonnaise.

2Stir in rice mixture.
