- 2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2/3 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, scored
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
- lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and green peppers
- 1 c. water chestnuts
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

2Saute in oil until done. Combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and lemon juice.

3Add the cooked chicken and cut up lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts and peppers.

4Add can of water chestnuts (drained).

5Toss with chicken mixture.

6Marinate overnight.

7Before serving, add the sesame seed.
