Ingredients

  • 5 c. cubed chicken
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. cooked, small macaroni shells
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless green grapes
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 13 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients and chill overnight.

    Next day, add remaining ingredients to chicken mixture.
