- 4 qt. chopped chicken
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 3 lb. diced celery
- 2 oz. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
- 2 c. uncooked rice
- 2/3 c. French dressing
Directions

1Chicken should be cooked, boned and chopped, then marinated in French dressing for 2 hours before putting salad together.

2Cook rice in chicken broth until tender.

3Put all ingredients together and chill well before serving.

4Serve on lettuce leaves.
