  • 2 c. cubed, cooked white meat chicken
  • 3/4 c. halved seedless green grapes
  • 3/4 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery and pecans. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ginger and pepper. Blend well and stir into chicken.

    Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours before serving.
