Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 small or 6 large chicken breasts, cooked and coarsely cut up
  • 2 small cans water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 large can pineapple tidbits

Directions

    Combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice and pineapple tidbits.

    Mix all ingredients and chill several hours before serving.
