Ingredients
- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 14-12 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 tablespoon soy yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 14 cup sliced almonds or 14 cup walnuts
- 12 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Drain chick peas and pour into meduim sized bowl, crush them up with a fork.

2Add in apple,green onion, almonds, salt and pepper and stir up.

3Add vegan mayo, mustard, soy yogurt and lemon juice and stir.

4Taste test it and add more ingredient if needed.

5Chill for an hour (optional).

6Serve in a wrap or sandwich with tomatoes, sprouts and spinach.
