- 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 16 ounces, fluid Jar, Salsa Verde (Heat Index Optional)
- 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed
- 1 whole Onion, Small, Diced
- 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
- 16 ounces, weight Tortilla Chips, Crushed
- 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and saute in a bit of olive oil until nicely browned.

2Mix salsa, black beans, onion and sour cream in with cooked chicken.

3Layer 1/2 the crushed chips in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.

4Top with the chicken mixture.

5Top with remaining chips and then the cheese.

6Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
