Chicken Salsa Verde

  • 4 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 16 ounces, fluid Jar, Salsa Verde (Heat Index Optional)
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Rinsed
  • 1 whole Onion, Small, Diced
  • 8 ounces, fluid Sour Cream
  • 16 ounces, weight Tortilla Chips, Crushed
  • 8 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and saute in a bit of olive oil until nicely browned.

    Mix salsa, black beans, onion and sour cream in with cooked chicken.

    Layer 1/2 the crushed chips in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.

    Top with the chicken mixture.

    Top with remaining chips and then the cheese.

    Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
