Ingredients
- 3 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts, boned, skinned and cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 head broccoli, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/3 c. olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In saucepan with salted water, place broccoli and steam 4 minutes.

2Boil linguine and drain.

3In large frypan, place butter and olive oil over medium heat.

4Add onion and pepper and saute 5 minutes.

5Remove from pan and reserve.

6To frypan, add chicken. Continue to cook, stirring about 5 minutes.

7Return onion and pepper to frypan.

8Add cooked broccoli and saute for 5 more minutes.

9Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

10Place linguine in serving dish, top with chicken vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
