- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 2 c. breadcrumbs
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Dip chicken breasts in flour to coat.

2Then dip in egg (scrambled), then put chicken in breadcrumbs mixed with cheese. Pound with hand to coat.

3In frying pan, put 1/4 cup oil.

4When oil is hot (small piece of breadcrumbs sizzle), add chicken breasts.

5Fry each side about 5 to 10 minutes.

6Turn when lightly brown.

7Serve immediately.

8Tastes great with a little lemon juice sprinkled over or salsa!
