- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala
- 4 pita bread rounds
- 4 dill pickle spears
Directions

1Stir together the garlic and mayonnaise in a small bowl; set aside.

2Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

3Cook and stir the chicken in the hot butter until white on the outside.

4Sprinkle with garam masala, and continue cooking until lightly browned on the outside and no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes.

5Spread the pita rounds with the garlic mayonnaise.

6Divide the chicken among the pitas, and place a pickle spear into each.

7Fold and serve.
