- 5 large pieces boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen vegetables
- 1 2/3 c. Minute rice
Directions

1Season chicken with salt and pepper.

2Brown well in butter in large skillet.

3Add water, onion, salt and garlic powder.

4Bring to boil.

5Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.

6Remove chicken.

7Add soup and vegetables to drippings in skillet.

8Bring to boil on medium heat.

9Cover and reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

10Stir in rice, then top with chicken.

11Cover; remove from heat.
-
12Let stand 10 minutes.
