- 1 large chicken
- 12 slices bread
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 c. broth
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender, debone.

2Place meat in bottom of large flat pan; set aside.

3In large saucepan, put soups, milk, broth and margarine.

4Bring to boiling point.

5Remove from heat. Add bread slices and let set for a few minutes.

6Mash up bread, add onion powder and eggs (beaten).

7Mix well, add salt and pepper to taste.

8Pour over meat.

9Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until light brown.

10Serves 12 to 15.
