Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (approximately 3 lb.)
- 3 medium onions
- 2 lb. frozen vegetables
- 1 (No. 303) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
- black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- oregano flakes (season to taste)
- 1 c. okra
- 1/2 tsp. dried bell pepper flakes
- 1 c. rice, uncooked
Directions

1Boil chicken and onion together until chicken is done.

2Remove chicken and debone.

3Cut in bite size pieces.

4Return to stock. Add all other ingredients.

5Cook until done.

6Before removing from heat, add 1 can cream-style corn.

7Stir.
