- 1 lb. chicken thighs
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 qt. water
- 3 to 5 stalks celery, cut
- 5 carrots, peeled and cut
- 1 onion, chopped
- parsley
- sprinkle of sage
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place chicken in microwave-safe dish.

2Add 8 ounces of water. Cook thoroughly 15 to 20 minutes.

3Let cool, debone and dice.

4In Dutch oven, cook all remaining ingredients except noodles.

5Add chicken and simmer 2 1/2 hours.

6Add noodles.

7Serve when noodles are fully cooked.
