  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 box spaghetti (medium box)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Directions

    In saucepan, boil chicken breasts until tender.

    In chicken broth, cook spaghetti.

    In skillet, melt margarine and saute bell pepper and onion.

    Add skillet mixture to chicken (chopped) and drained spaghetti.

    Then add cream of chicken soup and tomatoes. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
