- 5 lb. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 lb. spaghetti, boiled until tender
- 1/2 lb. grated American cheese
- 1 can English peas (large, No. 2)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans tomatoes (No. 2)
- 1 large green pepper, cut fine
- 1 bunch diced celery
- 3 medium onions, cut fine
- 1 c. olive oil
Directions

1Place oil in pan; add onions.

2Cook slow.

3Do not brown.

4Add tomatoes, pepper, mushrooms, celery and salt.

5Cook for 1 hour very slowly, then add peas.

6In a large roaster place layer of spaghetti, chicken, cheese and sauce, repeating until all is used. Heat in oven 20 minutes.

7Serves 25.
