- 1 chicken (save broth to cook spaghetti in)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp. garlic
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 small jar stuffed olives, sliced
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken. Debone and chop.

2Lightly brown onion, pepper and garlic in margarine.

3Add chili powder, tomato soup, mushroom soup and olives. Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.

4Do not drain.

5Add chicken and soup mixture to spaghetti.

6Stir well.

7Place in a large casserole dish. Cover with slices of Velveeta.

8Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
