  • 1 stick Parkay margarine
  • 3 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 deboned cooked chicken, cut up
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or vermicelli
  • 2 c. broth from cooked chicken

Directions

    Simmer celery, onion and green pepper in melted Parkay.

    Add cut up chicken.

    Mix soups and chili powder.

    Add to chicken. Cook spaghetti or vermicelli.

    Mix all together and add broth from cooked chicken.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with shredded Colby cheese.

    Bake at 350° until hot and serve.
