- 1 stick Parkay margarine
- 3 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 deboned cooked chicken, cut up
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or vermicelli
- 2 c. broth from cooked chicken
Directions

1Simmer celery, onion and green pepper in melted Parkay.

2Add cut up chicken.

3Mix soups and chili powder.

4Add to chicken. Cook spaghetti or vermicelli.

5Mix all together and add broth from cooked chicken.

6Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with shredded Colby cheese.

7Bake at 350° until hot and serve.
