- 3 to 4 lbs. chicken
- 1 med. onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken and debone. Save broth to cook noodles in.

2Saute chopped onion and pepper in 1/2 butter. Put cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper into cooked and drained noodles while hot; mix well to melt. Add chicken, put in casserole and put rest of butter in slices on top. Bake at 350° until butter melts.
