  • 3 to 4 lbs. chicken
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil chicken and debone. Save broth to cook noodles in.

    Saute chopped onion and pepper in 1/2 butter. Put cheese, tomatoes, salt and pepper into cooked and drained noodles while hot; mix well to melt. Add chicken, put in casserole and put rest of butter in slices on top. Bake at 350° until butter melts.
