- 1 large fryer
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese or more
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken (reserve broth).

2Add bell pepper, onion and celery to broth and cook until wilted, then add spaghetti.

3While spaghetti is cooking, heat soups, Ro-Tel and Velveeta in saucepan; pour over drained spaghetti.

4Put in a large baking dish and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly.

5When done, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and return to oven until cheese melts.
