Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 to 2 c. cut-up chicken (I use 1 whole chicken)
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (we like extra cheese)
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

    Cup up chicken and boil.

    (We add celery stalks, onions and seasonings, such as Accent, to give extra flavor to the chicken.) When done, save chicken broth and debone chicken into pieces. Cook spaghetti.
