- 2 fryers or 1 hen, cooked and deboned
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 3 medium onions or less, chopped fine
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 qt. chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 cans English peas, drained
- 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti
Directions

1Brown pepper and onions in the oleo.

2In large boiler, first cook spaghetti in broth until about tender.

3Add all other ingredients.

4After all is cooked about 10 minutes, it can be baked in a casserole dish about 25 minutes in a 350° oven.

5If desired, freeze to use later.
