Ingredients

  • 2 fryers or 1 hen, cooked and deboned
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 medium onions or less, chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 2 cans English peas, drained
  • 1 1/2 lb. spaghetti

Directions

    Brown pepper and onions in the oleo.

    In large boiler, first cook spaghetti in broth until about tender.

    Add all other ingredients.

    After all is cooked about 10 minutes, it can be baked in a casserole dish about 25 minutes in a 350° oven.

    If desired, freeze to use later.
