  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz. spaghetti
  • 8 oz. Velveeta (light)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (light)
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

Directions

    Boil chicken, when cooked, debone and cube.

    In boiling stock from chicken, cook spaghetti, pepper, onion, and celery.

    Drain when tender.

    Heat cheese and soup in microwave, add spaghetti and chicken.
