- 12 oz. chicken, cooked and cubed
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small to medium onion, chopped
- olives (optional)
- 1 large can whole tomatoes (use juice and cut up in pieces)
- 4 c. spaghetti, cooked
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Saute onion and celery until tender.

2Add to cooked chicken. Add olives, tomatoes and 1/2 cup cheese.

3Mix and add to cooked spaghetti.

4Mix well.

5Put in deep baking dish.

6Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

7(If you use the broth that is remaining after boiling chicken to cook your spaghetti in, it will have more flavor.)
