- 1 fryer
- 1 (7 oz.) vermicelli spaghetti
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small can English peas
- 3/4 stick margarine
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove from bone.

2Saute onion and pepper in margarine.

3Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain; reserve about a cup of broth.

4Mix all ingredients well and bake in covered casserole dish at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
