  • 1 fryer
  • 1 (7 oz.) vermicelli spaghetti
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small can English peas
  • 3/4 stick margarine

Directions

    Boil chicken and remove from bone.

    Saute onion and pepper in margarine.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain; reserve about a cup of broth.

    Mix all ingredients well and bake in covered casserole dish at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
