Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 (5 lb.) hen or small turkey
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 large green peppers, chopped
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 can pimento, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb. American cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender or bake small turkey.

2Remove from bone and cut in small pieces.

3Saute onions, celery and green peppers until limp in margarine, but not brown.

4Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain.

5Add all other ingredients except cheese. Place half in large baking pan; add half of the cheese.

6Place other half chicken mixture and rest of the cheese.

7Bake at 375° about 25 minutes.

8Yield: 20 servings.
