Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. chicken
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- dash of Tabasco
- dash of pepper
- lots of paprika
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken until it falls apart.

2Cool.

3Save stock.

4Cut meat into small pieces.

5Cover chicken with olive oil and sugar. Cook tomatoes, onion, celery and seasonings slowly for 1 hour. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock until done.

6Add all ingredients except cheese and simmer for 1 hour.

7Put into two large casseroles and sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake until cheese bubbles at 300° to 350°.

9Serves 12.
