Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 stick butter
- 4 cans cream of chicken soup
- salt, pepper and jalapeno peppers to taste
- 2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 to 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken in water until tender; reserve broth.

2Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Saute bell pepper and onion in butter.

3Mix soup, salt, pepper and jalapenos.

4Add to sauteed ingredients together with chicken and broth. Heat until hot. Cook spaghetti in remaining chicken broth. Drain and rinse.

5In a large casserole dish, layer ingredients, starting with spaghetti, then sauce mixture, then generous amounts of cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until cheese melts and is light brown on top. Serves 8 to 10.
