Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken or 4 to 5 breasts
  • 1 pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 medium size box Velveeta
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 to 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Boil chicken until done and cool.

    Boil spaghetti until done. In skillet, saute bell pepper, onion and mushrooms; stir in both soups, tomatoes with juice and chopped Velveeta.

    Let simmer and turn skillet off while you debone chicken.

    Chop chicken into bite size pieces and stir in sauce.

    Mix cooked spaghetti with sauce. Use 1 cup of chicken broth in mixture if needed.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
