  • 3 to 4 lb. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar Ortega taco sauce (mild, medium or hot)
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

    Spread evenly in two 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dishes.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
