- 3 to 4 lb. cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Ortega taco sauce (mild, medium or hot)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

2Spread evenly in two 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dishes.

3Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
