Ingredients
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 2 c. chicken broth
- grated Cheddar cheese
- margarine
Directions

1Saute celery and onion in a small amount of margarine until soft.

2Stir in soup and Velveeta and cook over low heat until cheese is melted.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Stir in cooked chicken.

5In large pan combine spaghetti and sauce.

6Add enough broth to keep mixture very moist.

7Transfer to 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° until hot.
