Ingredients
- 1 large chicken or 4 breasts
- 2 tsp. bacon drippings
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can tomato sauce (16 oz., sometimes more)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 can tomato soup
- 4 ribs celery
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
- 1 bell pepper
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 bay leaf
- dried parsley
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. broth (usually less)
Directions

1Boil chicken in seasoned water. Save broth.

2Bone chicken and cut into large pieces.

3Saute onions, garlic, celery, bell pepper and green onions in hot grease.

4Add parsley.

5Add to this the 3 tomato products and seasonings.

6Thin mixture with broth and add chicken. Cover and simmer 1 hour.

7Serve over spaghetti.
