Ingredients

  • 1 (3 to 4 lb.) chicken, boiled and deboned
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 lb. jalapeno Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Boil chicken until done.

    Saute onion and celery in margarine until tender.

    Add to chicken broth which the spaghetti has been cooked in.

    Add soups, mushrooms and pimento.

    Cook slowly.

    Add cheese and chopped chicken.

    Continue to cook slowly.
