- 3 to 4 lb. chicken
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 large stalks celery, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil chicken in water until done.

2Remove and debone.

3Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

4Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in 3 tablespoons margarine.

5Combine chicken, spaghetti, onion, celery bell pepper and 1 cup grated cheese.

6Put in 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Bake on 350° for 30 minutes.

8Remove from oven; add rest of cheese on top.

9Put back in oven until cheese melts.
