- 1 large fryer, cooked, boned and chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, cooked in chicken broth
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta
Directions

1Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter.

2Add chili powder, broth, tomatoes and cheese.

3Cook over low heat until cheese melts.

4Add chicken and spaghetti.
