- 1 hen or large fryer
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- chopped pimento
Directions

1Cook chicken with seasoning, reserve broth; cut in bite size. Saute celery, onion and green pepper in butter.

2Cook spaghetti in broth; drain excess broth; mix chicken, spaghetti and vegetables; add soup, cheese and pimento.

3Place in buttered dish.

4Top with grated cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.

6Freezes well.
