Ingredients
- 1 (4 or 5 lb.) chicken
- 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. American cheese
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 medium can mushrooms
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 small jar pimentos, chopped
Directions

1Cook chicken and debone.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain.

3Saute in oil the chopped onions and chopped peppers.

4Add mushrooms, stewed tomatoes and seasonings.

5Simmer 20 minutes.

6Add chicken pieces (diced).

7In casserole, layer spaghetti, layer sauce and layer cheese.

8If casserole seems dry, add broth from where spaghetti was cooked.

9Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
