- 1 chicken, deboned
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed (mild Mexican)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 small jar pimento, chopped
Directions

1Boil and debone chicken.

2Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain spaghetti.

3Mix spaghetti and cheese until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, soup, corn and pimento; mix well. Pour into casserole dish; bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
