  • 1 chicken, deboned
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed (mild Mexican)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped

Directions

    Boil and debone chicken.

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth; drain spaghetti.

    Mix spaghetti and cheese until cheese is melted. Add tomatoes, onion, pepper, soup, corn and pimento; mix well. Pour into casserole dish; bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
