Ingredients

  • 2 large fryers
  • 3 large onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cut up fryers and boil in salted water until tender; debone. Save broth. Saute onions, peppers and celery in butter until tender, but not brown. Add soup and tomatoes.

    Cook about 20 minutes. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.

    Add cheese until melted. If too dry, add little broth. Cook spaghetti in broth. Add sauce and chicken. Serves 12.
