Ingredients
- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 1/2 lb. Colby or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1After chicken is cooked, reserve broth for cooking spaghetti. Do not drain.

2Saute onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine or butter.

3Add to spaghetti along with deboned chicken, Ro-Tel tomatoes and cheese.

4(Cheese should be grated or cut in small pieces.)

5Mix thoroughly and place in casserole dish.

6Cook for an hour at 350°.

7Let set a few minutes before serving.
