- 1 medium size chicken
- 9 oz. spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can chopped pimentos
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Stew chicken in water until tender.

2Remove chicken and set aside to cool.

3Debone and cut into small pieces.

4Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

5Saute celery, onion and bell pepper with butter until tender. Add soups and sauteed mixture to spaghetti.

6Add chicken and 1/2 cheese.

7Pour in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (greased).

8Top with remaining cheese.

9Bake in moderate oven (350°) until cheese melts or microwave until cheese melts.
