  • 6 oz. pkg. spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. grated Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 jar mushroom pieces
  • 1 can tomatoes

Directions

    Boil spaghetti according to directions.

    Drain.

    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper.

    Blend all ingredients.

    Place in casserole dish.

    Top with cheese.

    Bake at 350° until thoroughly heated, approximately 20 minutes.
