- 5 to 6 chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 medium onion
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 3 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. Vermicelli
Directions

1Cook chicken, debone and dice.

2In large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter.

3Add stewed tomatoes, shredding the tomatoes with your fingers.

4Add to mixture 1 pound grated Cheddar cheese slowly and stirring as you add over low heat.

5Add chicken to cheese and tomato mixture.

6Cook vermicelli according to package directions.

7Drain vermicelli and place back in the large pot it was cooked in.

8Pour in cheese/tomato mixture and stir well.

9Ready to serve.
