- 1 Tbsp. crushed pineapple (juice-packed; undrained)
- 1 Tbsp. salad dressing (mayonnaise type)
- 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Mix chicken, celery and pineapple.

2Stir curry powder into salad dressing.

5Serve on unsalted whole grain crackers or in mini pita pockets. Refrigerate and use within 3 to 4 days.
