- 4 large chicken breasts
- 3 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
Directions

1In saucepan, combine seasoned salt, thyme, green onions, flour, sour cream, parsley and pineapple juice.

2Brown chicken in pan with butter.

3Cook ingredients together.

4When heated, add cheese.

5Cook chicken for 1/2 hour, then put sauce on chicken and bake uncovered for 1/2 hour at 350°.
