- 1 whole chicken cut-up into 8 pieces
- 4 carrots sliced
- 4 stalks celery coarsely chopped
- 16 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 10 ounces water
- 8 ounces Bertolli noodles, ziti or rigatoni
- 2 bayleafs
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put all ingredients except pasta in large stock pot on top of stove. Simmer on medium heat until chicken is cooked thoroughly - about one and one half hours. Add pasta to pot. Cook an additional fifteen minutes. Serve with Italian or French bread.
