  • 1 onion
  • dash vegetable oil
  • 5 carrots
  • 400 grams cauliflower and broccoli florets
  • 1 swede
  • 3 potatoes
  • 2 stock cubes
  • 410 grams diced chicken
  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 300 ml water

Directions

    Dice the onion and sweat in a large saucepan on a high heat

    Peel and slice the carrots, swede and potatoes
  3. 3
    Make the stock according to package instructions
  4. 4
    Add the sliced vegetables to the onion and let this cook for a few mins

    Add the chicken, flour, stock and water
  6. 6
    Leave to simmer on a low heat for 2-3 hours until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are soft
